Importing your Spotify history

How to get your Spotify data

  1. 1Open Spotify on your phone or desktop.
  2. 2Go to Settings → Security & Privacy → Download your data.
  3. 3Select Extended streaming history (not just the basic account data — you want the full history).
  4. 4Spotify will email you when it's ready — this can take up to 30 days.
  5. 5Come back to Amply Import and upload the ZIP, or drag and drop individual JSON files directly.

Listener records

Records show who listens to an artist or track the most. The top listener gets Gold, #2 gets Silver, and #3 gets Bronze. Records are per-artist and per-track, so you can hold a Gold record for your favorite song and a Silver for the whole artist.

Banned accounts

Accounts that violate our community guidelines may be suspended. Temporary bans expire automatically. Permanent bans are a last resort for serious or repeated violations.
